In the near future, people still speak and express themselves, but no one truly hears anyone anymore. Words still exist, but the voice has disappeared. Once, voices travelled freely between human beings: they were called Murmures. Giovanni Zazzera performs through a sound system in which dancers generate sounds through contact, making their movements audible in real time. MURMURES explores unspoken thoughts, desires for emancipation and the invisible forms of resistance that inhabit bodies.
