Objectives - Discover the principles of the circular economy and the importance of waste management in this area - Identify sources of waste when organising an event - Implement reduction measures Programme A presentation of the concept of the circular economy and what waste sorting can bring to this economy (deposit-return systems, sorting, water, …) Then, in groups, you identify the main sources of waste (catering, equipment, logistics…) that events can generate, as well as your constraints and the problems encountered in this area.
