When a brass band meets club culture, when brass instruments join forces with machines, when an orchestra takes over the Rotondes, it’s a Fanfare Remix! For the very first time, the Fanfare Municipale Luxembourg-Bonnevoie takes over the Rotondes’ Grande Salle for an extraordinary, electric and resolutely contemporary concert. The programme offers a deep dive into the history of electronic music and its generational anthems, from Massive Attack’s hypnotic textures to Daft Punk’s futuristic grooves, via New Order’s cold wave pulses, Avicii’s soaring melodies and other electronic classics, all reimagined in an XXL fanfare version. This exceptional project marks a new step in the relationship between the Bouneweger Musek and the Rotondes, who come together around a shared desire: to create together and make Bonnevoie vibrate to the rhythm of music. Between popular heritage and underground culture, neighbourhood traditions and the energy of the night, this concert will blur the boundaries and transform the Grande Salle into a dancefloor!
