Drawing is the foundation of all forms of visual art. Whether you dream of painting, illustrating, sculpting, or simply drawing with confidence, learning to draw will transform the way you see the world. Over the course of this six-week program, you will develop the essential skills every artist needs — from understanding light, shapes, and perspective to observing negative spaces, creating convincing textures, drawing flowing fabrics, and quickly depicting subjects through expressive sketching. Whether you are picking up a pencil for the first time or want to strengthen your artistic foundations, this course will give you the confidence you need to draw what you see. Course Program Lesson 4 — Space, Perspective, and Landscapes Strengthen your observation skills through exercises such as upside-down drawing. Learn one-point perspective and aerial perspective, explore spatial relationships, and create a landscape using expressive mark-making, with a bridge as the focal point.
