The route links the Slate Museum, the former Donner slate quarries in Martelange and the Geo-Energy site in Martelange-Rombach. Discover the history of slate mining, heritage preservation, scientific research and sustainable energy projects.

Guided tour organized by the Slate Museum, in French and Luxembourgish. Duration: 3 hours. Closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing required. Booking required. A paid descent into the underground section of the Slate Museum and a self-guided visit of the Haut-Martelange site above ground are offered as additions.
