As part of the Assiettons-nous festival and CIEP’s Mardis de l’Actu series, this event focuses on transforming food systems. It explores dialogue and collective action among farmers, citizens, researchers, associations, public authorities and businesses. With Logan Penvern, a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Liège, participants will draw on experiences from Quebec and Wallonia involving home gardens, territorial food systems, agroecological transition and water management. The event will address agroecology, sustainable food systems, self-production and participatory research.
