Serious TopicsSerious TopicsA small-group career development programme for professionals navigating transition, change or important career questions. Participants will explore their values, strengths and transferable skills to clarify their professional positioning and define practical next steps. The programme combines guided reflection, career tools, peer exchange and Luxembourg labour-market orientation. Topics include career vision, professional identity, confidence, job-market strategy, CV and LinkedIn positioning, networking and interviews.
