Guided Autumn Tours: Beer Tasting with Ralph Schmitt

As part of the autumn programme, beer expert Ralph Schmitt shares his passion at Restaurant de Bräiläffel over a traditional four-course menu of regional specialities, accompanied by regional craft beers. Each course is served with a matching beer. The programme includes information about and tasting of regional beers, as well as a demonstration of “Bierstacheln”, an old beer-warming technique. Weather permitting, the evening takes place on the terrace in a relaxed atmosphere.
