Mrs Placard, a young librarian who is as funny as she is clumsy, discovers a book hidden among cobwebs and finds herself plunged into the story of a witch everyone makes fun of. She sets off on an adventure to create a magic potion so that the witch’s feet will smell nice. A modern tale based on children’s imagination and participation, for ages 3 to 10.
