This course supports parents through the first months of life with a baby and as a family. In a safe and supportive setting, parents can meet other parents, share their questions and concerns, and find renewed strength for everyday life. After a short relaxation exercise, a talk is offered, followed by time for discussion. For babies up to 12 months old.
