A day for little chemists

Kids

Three 50-minute chemistry workshops are offered at The Office Charlotte for children ages 5 to 11. Each experiment is explained in French and English. You can drop off your child and pick them up 50 minutes later. Each workshop costs €30, so choose one, two… or all three! 2:30 p.m. – Elephant’s Toothpaste A spectacular chemical reaction that turns a few ingredients into a huge mountain of foam! After watching the experiment, your child will get to make their own version. 3:30 p.m. – Luminescent Lava Lamps Your child will discover the concept of density by creating a column of different layers, before making their own glowing lava lamp to take home. 4:30 p.m. – Slimy Slime Time for some texture! Kids will make their own stretchy, bubble-filled slime, which they can then take home in a small jar.
