We turn the pelvis creating a large circle with our hands, leaving our feet on the ground. And we imagine that we create our own professional space, just for us, by turning and having a regular breathing.
2. Tame your anxiety:
Release the diaphragm with one hand on it, imagine having a π where your tummy is: when you breathe in with your nose, you inflate it, when you exhale, you tuck your stomach in. Do that three times.
3. Teleport into your own world:
Close your eyes, relax your whole body (tut-tut-tut, we said eyes closed! π), feet on the ground. Choose a picture, a landscape, a beautiful memory, (ποΈπ...). Let yourself be filled with this image, feel everything as if you were there, the well-being that this place brings you...
