The prize for the Best vegetable restaurant in the world goes to… La Distillerie, according to the 2020 green guide, published this Monday, September 21 by We're Smart. The establishment located in the castle of Bourglinster thus takes the lead of the top 100 established by the site specializing in vegetable gastronomy.

Its founder, Frank Fol, describes the chef of La Distillerie, René Mathieu, as a “pioneer” of natural cuisine. “It enchants the ingredients of the fields and forests around Bourglinster Castle with great taste.
