Art to think about your fortune
Asset manager Creutz & Partners has, over the years, paid increased attention to contemporary art, to the point of building a corporate collection, which is exhibited daily in all the places the company occupies, in particular at the new head office called “The Jungle”.
The story goes back several years ago, when Marcel Creutz, founder and managing director of Creutz & Partners, a company specializing in wealth management, decided to acquire a work by Philippe Lebeau, then Eric Peters at the end of the 1990s. Over the years, it has built up a real corporate collection, which is still active today, loyal to early artists and also acquiring new talents. In addition, he was able to transmit this passion to his son, Yves Creutz, CEO since 2008, and continues to enrich this family business collection while giving it a new direction, more focused on street art. “When I was a teenager, my father took me with him to galleries. This is how I got interested in art, explains Yves Creutz, who also collects on a personal basis.
Close to the people we advise, we are also close to the artists with whom we have worked for a long time. Good relationships, whatever their nature, are built over time. For this reason, we are very keen on remaining loyal to a small core of artists that we support, year after year. ” Today, Creutz & Partners' collection comprises more than a hundred works, which are hung on the walls of its new headquarters, 'The Jungle', located in the north of Luxembourg, in Beiler, but also in places other than the company occupies, namely Villa Louise, in Aachen, and Always Close, a historic house in Luxembourg-city located opposite the Grand-Ducal Palace.
