Right now, at the MNHNL, the “animalECH” exhibition invites you to ask yourself this question! A contemporary exhibition, full of meaning, which explores our relationships (sometimes tender, sometimes less so) with the animals around us. It's fun, it's beautiful, it makes you think, and we'll tell you all about it here 🐷🐮🐣

It's clear and sets an important framework: our relationship with animals is not fixed, quite the contrary! You can put on your headphones at the Orgue à paroles and chat with the animals, identify (at a glance) how your eating habits influence your view of animals, show off your knowledge in the animal quiz, take a lighthearted look at the topic of hunting, and marvel at the art of taxidermy... And with all that, you're still far from having seen everything the exhibition has to offer!

There are also missions for your little detectives: leaf through files, solve investigations, and judge whether the animals are guilty or innocent in these cases 🐝👨🏻‍⚖️ You can also confront the reality of animal farming and slaughter: a more difficult part (reserved for older children aged 12 and over) but one that is so necessary.

And don't miss the super original photo exhibition dedicated to pigeons (yes, pigeons!), which transforms these often unloved birds into real stars through the lens of Luisa-Maria Stagno 😎

Here, questions are asked, dialogue is opened, and your conscience is pricked... But whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or a meat-eater, no one lectures you or imposes their point of view on you. And for that, we tip our hats 👏🏻
