We found the must-visit coffee shop for brunch in Thionville: She's Coffee. A place that skillfully mixes vintage and modernity, with natural tones, a refined decor, and that soothing ambiance whispering directly to you: "sit back, you've got time."

Here, the first pleasure of the day is savored guilt-free: ultra-gourmet granola, homemade pastries, and above all, delicious fluffy pancakes (red fruits & pistachio... our big favorite ❤️‍🔥).

As for drinks, everything is tempting: matcha, ube latte, homemade juices... but our heart leans towards the detox juice, with its hint of lime adding just the right amount of pep to the lunch break 🍋

Behind the counter, Sherazade and her team take great care from morning until snack time, with smiles and that delightful energy that makes you want to linger a little longer...

To digest, what better than a stroll along the quays in Thionville 🌊

You take a deep breath of fresh air, you slow down, you breathe... and you let the day flow gently to the rhythm of the Moselle.

For the itinerary, we suggest starting at Parc Wilson, before joining the quays and letting yourself be carried away, walking, strolling, daydreaming while watching the water. For the more motivated, it's also the perfect spot for a little jog or a bike ride. And in summer, surprise: the jet skis come to liven up the Moselle (yes, we know, there are no waves... but it makes people happy 😄).

You can then head back to the city via Parc Napoleon. There, change of atmosphere: artistic installations, blooming lawns, a fountain, children's playground... it's the perfect spot to settle down and just S-A-V-O-R. You sunbathe in the grass, improvise a picnic, observe the artworks, let yourself be lulled by the sound of the water, you read on a bench...
