Three hours of training in Nordic walking and trail techniques. Nordic walking is an endurance sport ideal for improving your physical condition and maintaining a good mental balance. It is suitable for both athletes and sedentary individuals wishing to take care of their health. Feel free to give it a try! Participants will acquire various techniques applicable to different types of terrain, practical outdoors, such as roads, ascents, steep descents, tracks, various terrains, and more.
