FB.R Thursday [5k] & [10k]

❤️ WE LOVE RUNNING! ❤️ If you do too, let’s have some fun together. We’re leaving EACH (!) Thursday at 18:45 sharp in front of the INDEPENDENT CAFÉ (6 Boulevard FD Roosevelt, Luxembourg) for a 5km and a 10km tour. By EACH, we mean every single Thursday—rain, shine, zombie apocalypse, you name it. Yes, really. NO exceptions. It’s not about racing or pacing. However, you should be able to run the 5km in 30 minutes / the 10km in 60 minutes (Pace: 6min/km / 10km/h). We have a lockable room at the Indie’s—in case you want to bring changing clothes or have other stuff to store during the run. FatBetty.Run is free of charge—all it costs is your best smile. Everybody is welcome to join and stick around for a drink and chat after the run. Just show up on a Thursday (any Thursday) some minutes before 18:45. That’s it. Hesitant to join? No worries. Most participants came alone at first—and bam, they became part of the crew. Betty loves you! 💡 DURING AUTUMN+WINTER TIME: 💡 Ensure you are visible and bring a headlamp (or other lamp) along with bright/reflective gear.
