Pop Arendt! Coloring Architecture (Workshop for all, no prerequisites)
Come and color, transform, and reinvent Luxembourg's heritage in a Pop Art style! As part of the exhibition dedicated to Charles Arendt (1825-1910), the first Luxembourg State Architect and a prominent figure of the 19th century, Pop Arendt! invites all ages to rediscover architecture through an artistic and fun approach inspired by Pop Art.
Using drawings depicting the architect’s iconic buildings, children and their parents are encouraged to reinvent Luxembourg's architecture and heritage with vivid colors, geometric patterns, and surprising contrasts. The activity transforms the rigor of facades into a burst of creativity: a neon pink façade, a sunny yellow roof, multicolored windows – everything is possible!
Throughout the exhibition, the artworks created form a collective gallery "Pop Arendt," a joyful and lively tribute to the architect and his legacy.
