Qi Gong, literally translated as 'breathing exercise', aims to improve body awareness and breathing while including posture, concentration, and relaxation techniques. The term Qi also means 'vital energy', which ideally flows unhindered to allow an efficient distribution of vital forces. Guided by Christian Colombo, a Qi Gong and Tai Chi teacher, exercises alternating between sitting and standing positions are performed with slight movement elements, aiming for targeted stretching and strengthening of the body.
