The Perks of Being a Wallflower (Afternoon Adventures)
At the new high school he attends, Charlie is considered an outsider. His sensitivity and tastes differ from those of his classmates. He remains on the margins until two seniors, Patrick and Sam, welcome him into their circle.
The film tactfully depicts both the surface wounds and the deeper pains of adolescence, striking a chord with its audience.
