“Flow in Connection” is a series of 5 Contact Improvisation technique classes, focusing on clear, repeatable tools for sharing weight, safe lifting, soft rolling, and controlled landings. Each session helps you develop confidence, ease, and creativity in your movement. The series covers weight sharing, rolling, balance, counterbalance, responsive partnering, safe lifting, fluid transitions, and relaxing into trust, presence and flow with others.
Open to all levels, whether you are new to dance or experienced, you’ll receive clear guidance and discover new things each week. The space supports building real connections through movement.
Guided by Tarek Alnabhan, a Contact Improvisation dancer and teacher based in Luxembourg, passionate about connecting people through movement.
