Ramona and Nico, two best friends, spend their summer holidays wandering through the sweltering heat of Berlin, aimless and without ambition. On a whim, they break a neighbor's window and set free his rare bird. This sparks a chain reaction, leading them on an unexpected journey across the city. Along the way, they are forced to question their friendship and identity, and face a world that demands them to take a stand, whether they are ready or not.
