Once again, Daniel, an architect, comes home late from work and asks if there is anything left to eat. His wife Sibylle, a doctor, is annoyed: the children have already had dinner and are sleeping. An ordinary evening is interrupted when Franziska, Daniel’s ex, calls and then suddenly appears at their door, upsetting the fragile balance of the couple. The arrival of Franziska brings up old questions and tensions, exposing the fractures of a couple pushed to the edge. This new play, with its bitter humor, explores the extreme limits of a couple at breaking point.
