Life rarely goes as planned. Two friends, in their early forties, are bonded by a bi-weekly ritual of wine, words, and small harmless lies. Everything goes according to plan – until one of them makes a surprising statement: she wants to die. Calmly, consciously, on the sofa. Simply to stop breathing.
The other responds with the whole range of emotion: shock, reason, friendship. But such resolve is hard to counter. So she decides to go along – as a final act of loyalty.
What follows is an offbeat comedy full of misunderstandings, loss of control, and a strong will to live. Because when you plan death too meticulously, life finds its way in. In the end, it’s not about who dies, but who is actually playing whom. And when you think life is over, it often truly begins.
