First part: Jazz Made in Luxembourg – Pit Dahm & Band Drummer Pit Dahm and his specially formed band present the results of their artist residency at Artikuss. Pit Dahm, born in 1990, is a drummer, multi-instrumentalist and composer from Luxembourg. He blends written music and improvisation, drawing inspiration from a wide range of genres, from jazz to classical music. Band members: - Pit Dahm: vibraphone, saxophone, compositions - Arthur Possing: piano - Jerome Klein: piano, synths - Pol Belardi: double bass - Niels Engel: drums Second part: Jazz Made in Luxembourg – Luxembourg Jazz Orchestra In the second half of the evening, members of the Luxembourg Jazz Orchestra will present the result of their artist residency. Led by Ernie Hammes, the LJO explores a variety of sounds from traditional jazz to contemporary influences and the cultural heritage of Luxembourg. The LJO has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Michel Camilo, Bob Mintzer, The New York Voices, or Freddy Cole.
