Philip Sayce is considered one of the most intense and electrifying blues-rock guitarists of our time. His music combines raw energy with deep soul, carrying a distinctive signature shaped by legends such as Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Eric Clapton. He began performing in Toronto as a teenager and early on joined the band of Jeff Healey, with whom he toured worldwide for several years. Further milestones followed as a guitarist for artists such as Melissa Etheridge and Uncle Cracker. Today, Sayce captivates international audiences as a solo artist—his explosive live performances are widely regarded as a truly special experience, earning him appearances at major events such as Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Festival.
