Suitable for women from six weeks after giving birth, with their babies up to crawling age. Yoga focuses on appreciating the body after childbirth and relaxing the mind. Giving birth and life with a newborn are new challenges. Especially during this special time, it is important not to always put our own needs last. Yoga allows us to regain strength, find our own center again and bring body and mind into harmony. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, our postnatal yoga class is tailored to your needs. The exercises are simple and adapted to strengthen the pelvic floor and core muscles after childbirth.
