Outdoor Yoga in the Park – For Adults & Kids

Breathe, stretch, and reconnect with nature in a peaceful outdoor setting at Pétrusse Park.
We’re offering two classes flowing side by side so the whole family can enjoy yoga together:
- All-levels Yoga for adults with Maura: a gentle, grounding practice to relax your mind, energize your body, and restore your balance.
- Kids Yoga (ages 4+) with Laurence: playful movement, breathing, and relaxation designed especially for little yogis.
While you enjoy your practice, your children will be nearby having their own mindful adventure. A perfect way to share a calm and joyful moment in nature.

Classes are weather permitting.

Donation-based – everyone is welcome.
Bring your mat, water, and a sense of calm.
