Breathe, stretch, and reconnect with nature in a peaceful outdoor setting at Pétrusse Park. Two classes take place side by side so the whole family can enjoy yoga together:
🧘♀️ All-levels yoga for adults with Maura – a gentle, grounding practice to relax your mind, energize your body, and restore your balance.
🧘 Kids yoga (ages 4+) with Laurence – playful movement, breathing, and relaxation designed especially for little yogis.
While you enjoy your practice, your children will be nearby having their own mindful adventure. A perfect way to share a calm and joyful moment in nature.
Good to know
Donation-based – everyone is welcome. Bring your mat, some water, and a sense of calm.
