Practical and friendly cooking workshop to discover the principles of lacto-fermentation and its numerous health benefits.

During this workshop, you will learn the basics of this natural preservation technique and make two jars of vegetables yourself by exploring the two main methods: brine and dry fermentation.

An accessible, fun, and enriching experience, which will allow you to leave with homemade preparations and the knowledge to easily reproduce these techniques at home.

The instructor provides all necessary equipment. A fee of €12.50 per person is to be paid directly to the instructor.
