Luxembourg will welcome one of the most unique and captivating voices of the contemporary Nordic scene, Eivør Pálsdóttir. Originally from the Faroe Islands, Eivør is a singer, composer, and sound explorer known for crossing genres: rock, folk, electro, classical music, and Nordic traditions blend together in her universe. Her voice, both raw and celestial, instantly transports listeners.
After gaining recognition with the group Clickhaze, she embarked on a remarkable solo career, singing in Faroese, Icelandic, English, Norwegian, and Swedish. Often compared to Kate Bush and Zola Jesus, she remains truly unique. Her work has won over audiences worldwide in part thanks to the soundtrack for "The Last Kingdom" and the use of her song "So Close To Being Free" in "Game of Thrones."
On stage, Eivør offers an immersive experience of ancestral rhythms, tribal intensity, Nordic poetry, and cinematic flair. If you like Heilung or Wardruna, this is an evening not to be missed.
