The work of composer and pianist David Moore gently defies genre. As leader of the ensemble Bing & Ruth, Moore earned acclaim for his spaciously sublime compositions, and continues to expand his sound through collaboration, experimentation, and intuitive discipline. Beyond his albums with Bing & Ruth, Moore has recently collaborated with Steve Gunn and Cowboy Sadness. From his earliest works to his newest solo albums "Butterfly Gardens" and "Graze the Bell," Moore’s music merges trance-inducing atmospheres with melodic-driven composition, inviting a quiet, clarifying return to our shared humanity.
