This class offers a gentle yoga practice, without inversions, focused on breathing, isometric contraction, and relaxation, also including movements inspired by yin yoga. The session ends with a guided relaxation or a short meditation to help you recharge. The instructor, Cristina Menendez, is a certified yoga teacher (RYT200) by Yoga Alliance, with training in balance, osteoporosis, fascia, and arthritis. She guides the postures with precision and care.
