Course: Stress Relief Yoga - Mobility & Flexibility
A gentle and accessible yoga class to release tension, restore mobility, and reconnect with one's body. Designed for beginners, stiff individuals, those who are sedentary or athletic, this class offers a simple and progressive approach to yoga, including standing, seated, and lying postures. Through flowing movements, basic postures, and breath work, each participant progresses at their own pace in a relaxed and supportive environment. The aim is to loosen the body, improve flexibility, gain mobility, and reduce stress as well as daily tensions. No experience in yoga is necessary: you don't need to be flexible to start. It's a time to breathe, slow down, and feel better in your body throughout the summer.
Bring: yoga mat - yoga block - yoga strap. Please note that there are no changing rooms or showers available on site.
