Between professional responsibilities, constant demands, and managing daily life, mental load can quickly become invisible… leading to exhaustion.
This workshop aims to better understand the mechanisms of mental overload, identify the factors that maintain distraction and cognitive fatigue, and explore concrete ways to regain more clarity, perspective, and serenity in daily life.
Participants will leave with a better understanding of their way of functioning, simple tools to better prioritize their tasks, as well as concrete ways to lighten their mental load, both at work and at home.
