In this workshop, choreographer Elisabeth Schilling invites participants to discover the universe of the piece Florescence in Decay. Through guided movements, participants explore themes such as transformation, change, and cyclical processes found in nature and in our own bodies. Through simple improvisation exercises and group exploration, we discover how choreographic material arises from perception, imagination, and change. No prior dance experience is required – only curiosity and the pleasure of playfully and openly discovering movement.
