Co-founders of the bubbling Tricollectif collective from Orléans, Valentin Ceccaldi and Quentin Biardeau team up with Réunionese singer Ann O’aro and Burkinabé percussionist and singer Marcel Balboné to take us into the mysterious waters of Lagon Nwar. A place crossed by dark forces and sudden bursts of light, somewhere between Creole tradition, pop and afro-jazz. Synthesizers and Fender bass trace out its electric shores, punctuated by the sounds of calabashes and feverish poetry in Creole, Bissa, French or Mooré. The first chapter of a great story, brought by a quartet that vibrates with devouring energy.
