Myotis X

In Myotis X, a creation of the KiloHertZ company led by Vidal Bini, dance interacts with the rhythmic power of Myotis V, a work composed by Nancy-based Anthony Laguerre for the Percussions de Strasbourg. The score explores the resonance between movement and sound, allowing the choreographer to forge deep links between the dancers' bodies and percussive vibrations, as the ensemble performs live on stage alongside the performers. The dance unfolds multiple imaginaries, based on fragmented gestures and the relations between bodies. From this reflection on the transition from one world to another emerges Myotis X, a choreographic and musical performance that is both joyful and desperate.
