Rewild, a promise of returning to a wild state? In any case, it is undeniably the freedom and creativity inherent in the work of saxophonist and singer Alexandra Grimal that led to the creation of this new band, bringing together four international figures of improvisation. At the crossroads of jazz, contemporary music, experimental, and improvisation, the quintet draws on the original compositions and unique tones of its members. Together, they shape a constantly evolving sonic universe, between powerful improvisations and moments of fragility, emphasizing raw sound, subtle listening, and extended techniques.
