This level 1 diploma, offered over a single day, is aimed at novice wine enthusiasts as well as those starting a career in the hospitality industry. ON THE PROGRAM the key stages of grape cultivation and winemaking, the main grape varieties and wine styles, the basics of food and wine pairings, wine storage and service. You will taste 14 wines, which you will associate with common food components such as sugar, salt, acidity or chili pepper, to understand their influence on the wine.
