Dancing idiots

Goldie is dying and remodeling her house. Her joy is as infectious as it is unsettling. While her cat Apollo settles comfortably into her weakening world, her father arrives unexpectedly with his new girlfriend and the room becomes a resonance chamber of memories, fantasies and final questions. Drawing on Denis Johnson and Apollo mission transcripts, Thorsten Lensing creates a strange, tender and darkly comic meditation on farewell, survival and what may remain beyond life.
