Yoga and Sound Bath

Summer invites us to bloom, connect, and shine – but it's also the season most likely to drain us. As the Heart Fire rises, we can feel it: restlessness, overstimulation, a body and mind that struggle to settle. This session is an invitation to slow down and cool down. We'll start with gentle, heart-opening movements to honor summer's warmth and vitality and then ease into slower, fluid postures designed to soften the heat and calm the nervous system. This is paired with a sound bath—waves of singing bowls and gentle tones that wash over you as you rest in stillness, letting the sound carry away the heat you've been holding. The practice closes with a meditation. No experience needed. Just bring yourself, something comfortable to lie on, and an openness to rest.
