You'll pair up, alternating between throwing punching combinations and holding the focus pads, creating an exceptional opportunity to develop coordination and meet new people. The Workout: A high-intensity, non-contact cardio workout that blends dynamic pad-work, shadowboxing (punching into the air), and intense bodyweight intervals. Gear Provided On-Site: We supply professional focus pads and hygienic, freshly washed inner-mitts at no cost. No need to purchase or bring your own pricey boxing gloves; everything required is available on-site!
