Systemic family constellation is an in-depth method that helps to understand and reorient dynamics within family and personal history. It is used to uncover hidden conflicts, intergenerational entanglements, and other internal dynamics, with the goal of better understanding and resolving them to integrate complex life experiences. In the group session, various themes are explored: family situations, partnerships, internal conflicts, emotional blockages, or other personal challenges. Three types of participation are possible: - Personal constellation: working on your own topic using this method. - Representation: taking part in others’ constellations and perceiving the dynamics within yourself. - Observation: joining as a quiet observer and benefiting from the group's process. The support offered aims to promote self-understanding, decision-making, and the resolution of past or present challenges.
