From their early days in London clubs in 1962 to "Foreign Tongues" released in July 2026, the Rolling Stones have spanned over sixty years of music history. Laurent Rieppi and Pierre Bartholomé will walk through this discography, album by album, showing how a rhythm and blues cover band became one of the pillars of rock music. This is also an opportunity to focus on "Aftermath" in 1966, the first album written entirely by Jagger and Richards, where Brian Jones swapped his guitar for the sitar, marimba, and dulcimer. They will also celebrate the 60th anniversary of "Paint It Black," an iconic 1966 track. Laurent Rieppi is a Belgian journalist and author specializing in rock music.
