Postural Pilates is a class rooted in the core principles of the Pilates method,with a focused approach to biomechanical alignment, deep core muscle activation (including the transversus abdominis, pelvic floor, and multifidus), and functional postural re-education. Ideal for individuals with sedentary lifestyles, chronic pain (lumbar or cervical),postural imbalances, or as a supportive practice in rehabilitation processes. Please bring your own yoga mat. Kindly note that there are no changing rooms or showers available at our location. The trainer also speaks German, French and Spanish.
