On the occasion of the 2026 European Heritage Days, neimënster invites you to immerse yourself in several centuries of history around the theme “Heritage in Peril: Revive, Resist, Reinvent”. Young and old alike will be able to discover traditional arts and crafts through calligraphy, bookbinding, leatherworking and many other workshops, directly in the cloister of the former abbey. You can even take your own creation home with you! You can also discover neimënster’s fascinating history through guided tours in several languages, including one in sign language (DGS). Concerts, performances, singing workshops and demonstrations of traditional crafts will set the rhythm throughout the weekend. An event to discover, pass on and bring heritage to life in a different way!
