Double bassist and composer Renaud Garcia-Fons moves between jazz, classical and world music. Blue Maqam brings together Mediterranean cultures with Persian and Irish influences through eight sung languages. The project combines double bass and the voice of Solea Garcia-Fons, with Stéphan Caracci on vibraphone and marimba and Jean-Luc Di Fraya on percussion.
