Looking for an outing that’s a little different for the whole family? Head to Diekirch on September 27 for National Civil Protection Day! You’ll be able to dive into the world of emergency services and civil protection. Come and discover the impressive vehicles, as well as all the emergency equipment used by the CGDIS specialised units. You’ll also be able to watch live intervention demonstrations, witness an animal rescue, and meet the women and men who step in every day to keep us safe. Pretty cool, isn’t it? What’s more, children up to 16 years old can even take part in a big rally with fun missions and leave with a gift! Between demonstrations, you can of course enjoy the stalls, refreshments and the atmosphere on site. A day not to be missed, offering an introduction to several exciting professions and sure to appeal to young and old alike.
